If you have existing security equipment in your home, such equipment may or may not be compatible with Fluent’s equipment and may be incorporated into the new Fluent system in some instances. Fluent equipment comes with a Fluent Service Plan. In summary, Fluent’s Service Plan covers all defective equipment for as long as you are a paying customer with Fluent. While defective equipment will be covered while you are a customer with us, after the first 120 days after installation, you will be responsible for a visit charge at our then-prevailing rate for service, plus any applicable taxes. The Service Plan covers defective equipment and normal wear and tear and excludes abuse, neglect, and acts of God.
