Edmonton, October 23, 2015 – Fluent Home is excited to announce a significant milestone for the company. Beginning this month, Fluent will offer a dealership program for small business owners and entrepreneurs to take advantage of the rapidly growing home automation industry.
Graham Wood, CEO of Fluent Home, announced the Dealer Development Business Unit today with the goal of expanding the Fluent name and commitment to customer service across more areas of Canada. The Dealer Program will work towards building long-lasting partnerships with dealers to bring security products and services to a variety of new customers.
“With this program we want to build relationships with potential and future dealers that will help them grow more substantially than ever” said Graham about the deal. “We also want to make our technology and services available to more customers, giving them access to better security and more convenience.”
Part of the Dealer Development Unit’s goal will be to expand into areas of French Canada and build relationships with dealers and customers across North America.
The Dealer Program will afford local security companies and dealers with unprecedented resources and support. Fluent has had years in building out custom systems and processes to aid with the customer acquisition and onboarding process. Included with every partnership is the commitment to amazing backend support such as dedicated apps, statistics, industry experts and more.
Fluent recently established a relationship with Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group by securing $40 million in credit facility. This financing will aid the expansion of a stable and successful dealer program and allow for greater customer service and technical support. Fluent has always made the customer experience a top priority and this funding has allowed that commitment to grow more than ever.
Fluent Home also retained the services of Maxime Bayouk, an industry expert with over 12 years of experience in customer acquisition channels and security to assist with the launch of the Dealer Program.
“We are very excited to connect with Maxime. He is talented and extremely knowledgeable in this industry. We’re glad to have his contribution in making this Dealer Program something unique and amazing.” Graham said about the program’s future.
