At Fluent Home we greatly appreciate the sacrifices made by all of our enlisted service men and women. We understand that these families typically have very demanding requirements, and special circumstances not typical to the average customer. To this end we have a special set of policies to help support our Enlisted families across the Canada and the United States.
Should an Active Duty Military Customer at any time during their contract term be relocated or deployed, due to their military services, Fluent Home will agree to terminate their Monitoring Contract without penalty. Provided that Fluent Home is provided with written documentation of the deployment or relocation by fax, mail, or attached to an email document.
If any of our military customers wish to have their service transferred to their new location instead of cancelling, Fluent will waive any and all fees associated with relocating their security system. If the Customer is moving to an area which Fluent does not service, Fluent will terminate their contract without penalty.

*To be eligible to receive the “Referral Bonus”, the following two (2) conditions must be satisfied: First, the customer referred must sign and enter into a service agreement with Fluent Home.
